Attorney Edward W. Valanzola

As a long time resident of Southeastern Massachusetts, Ed enjoys well-established, mutually respectful relationships with many of the area’s local officials and business owners.

Ed has tried and argued cases in all Massachusetts courts, including the Superior Court, the Court of Appeals, the Land Court and District Court.  Ed has also tried cases or participated in trials in Federal and State courts in New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kansas, Indiana, Vermont and Maine.  He has also represented clients before municipal and state boards in a number of states.

Attorney Matthew A. Valanzola:  Matt has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience. He has represented numerous clients as an Owner Representative, developing commercial space in downtown Boston.  Matt now focuses on practicing law, representing clients in commercial & residential real estate development, zoning & land use, construction law, corporate & business law and personal injury.
